No Affiliation, Endorsement, or Partnership
SiteHub is an independent, privately operated web directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to any of the brands, companies, platforms, products, or services listed or referenced within this directory.
The appearance of any third-party brand, platform, or product name on SiteHub does not imply any relationship between SiteHub and that brand beyond a simple hyperlink to their publicly accessible website.
Specifically: SiteHub has no relationship — commercial, editorial, or otherwise — with companies such as Anthropic (Claude AI), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Netflix, Spotify, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or any other company whose products or services may appear in our directory. Their names are used solely for descriptive and navigational purposes to help users identify and find well-known platforms.
Trademark Notice
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names, logos, and other intellectual property symbols referenced on SiteHub are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their use on SiteHub does not constitute or imply any endorsement, affiliation, or authorisation by or with such trademark owners.
SiteHub makes no claim of ownership over any third-party trademarks. Where brand names or product names appear on SiteHub, they are used in a purely nominative, descriptive manner — to identify the real-world product or service that a hyperlink leads to — and for no other purpose.
If you are a trademark owner and believe your trademark has been used on SiteHub in a manner that goes beyond nominative fair use, please contact us at sitehubsupport@gmail.com and we will address your concern promptly.
Nature of Directory Listings
SiteHub is a hyperlink directory. Our listings consist of:
— The name of a third-party website or platform
— A brief editorial description of what that platform does
— A direct hyperlink to the platform's publicly accessible homepage or a publicly accessible URL
We do not reproduce, copy, frame, embed, or host any content from listed websites. We do not scrape, mirror, or cache third-party content. Every listing is simply a pointer — a signpost — that directs users to a destination they can choose to visit independently.
Directory listings of this nature are well-established in internet law and are widely recognised as lawful under the principle of nominative fair use. The act of linking to a publicly accessible website, and identifying that website by its common name, does not constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or unfair competition.
Affiliate & Sponsored Content Disclosure
Some listings on SiteHub may be affiliate links. This means SiteHub may earn a small commission or referral fee if a user clicks through to a third-party service and completes a qualifying action (such as signing up for a paid plan).
Where affiliate relationships exist, this does not mean SiteHub endorses that platform above others, nor does it mean the platform has endorsed or is affiliated with SiteHub. Affiliate compensation does not influence the editorial content of our descriptions. We describe platforms as they are, not as we are paid to describe them.
SiteHub may also feature clearly labelled sponsored listings from time to time. Sponsored listings will always be identifiably marked. Sponsorship does not guarantee a positive editorial description.
SiteHub does not accept payment to remove legitimate listings, to falsify descriptions, or to misrepresent a platform's capabilities.
External Content & Third-Party Responsibility
SiteHub links to external websites that are independently owned and operated. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, terms of service, availability, or conduct of any third-party website listed in our directory.
The inclusion of a link to a third-party website on SiteHub does not constitute our endorsement of that website's content, products, services, policies, or practices. Users who click through to external websites do so at their own risk and are subject to those websites' own terms of service and privacy policies.
We perform daily automated health checks to verify that listed URLs are online, but we cannot guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of any external site at any given time. We strongly recommend exercising your own judgment before interacting with any website, including those listed on SiteHub.
Logo & Brand Asset Usage
SiteHub does not reproduce, display, or host the official logos, wordmarks, or other branded visual assets of any third-party company without permission. Where category icons or visual elements appear on SiteHub, they are either:
— Original artwork created for and owned by SiteHub
— Generic, non-branded iconography (e.g. Lucide React icons)
— Assets used under licence from their respective providers
If you are a rights holder and believe we are displaying your branded assets without authorisation, please contact us immediately at sitehubsupport@gmail.com with details of the specific asset and your ownership claim. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Takedown & Delisting Requests
SiteHub respects the rights of third parties. If you are a company, brand owner, or authorised representative and you wish to have a listing removed from our directory for any legitimate legal reason, you may submit a delisting request to sitehubsupport@gmail.com.
Your request should include:
— Your full name and your authority to make this request (e.g. legal counsel, brand owner)
— The specific URL of the SiteHub listing you are requesting be removed
— The legal or factual basis for your request
— Your contact information for follow-up
We review all delisting requests within 10 business days. We reserve the right to decline requests that lack a legitimate legal basis or that appear designed to suppress lawful directory listings.
