You are responsible for: • Keeping your credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Submissions
You may submit websites for inclusion in our directory. By doing so, you confirm: • You are not submitting illegal, harmful, or misleading content • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, modify, or remove your submission • You accept that submissions go through a manual review process and may be rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion We do not guarantee that all submissions will be approved or remain listed indefinitely.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to: • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access SiteHub at scale • Attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication, or security systems • Submit malicious, illegal, or deliberately misleading content • Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to gain unauthorised access • Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users • Impersonate other users or SiteHub staff
6. External Links & Third-Party Sites
SiteHub contains links to external websites we do not control. All original SiteHub content — including the design, branding, copy, and code — is owned by SiteHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the submitter, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.

Where affiliate relationships exist, we will make this clear. Our listings are based on usefulness and quality, not payment. Sponsorship never guarantees positive treatment or editorial approval.

SiteHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • That all listed sites will be online or safe • The accuracy or completeness of any site listing
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, given SiteHub is free, is £0).

You must be at least 13 years old to use SiteHub. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
